I just wanted to give you a heartfelt thanks today. It was very thoughtful of you to think of me on my birthday. I appreciate you wanting to help me feel young again; I mean come on, 36 is closer to 40 than it is to 15. When I woke up with a big patch of zits on my forehead, I knew immediately who to thank. You're always watching out for me aren't you? (Don't think the most inconvenient times to send "aunt flow" for a visit have gone unnoticed!) I hope you won't be offended but Brett did pick me up something last night to bring me back to reality. As much as I would love to parade around as if I were a teenager, it is time to remember that I'm really just an old lady.
Again, thank you for your thoughtfulness, it was the highlight of my day.

HAHAHAHA! You wanna know something scary? I can remember my mom, when she was in her 50's, making the same complaint about having acne! I am scared it means we NEVER get to outgrow it! HaPpY BiRtHdAy, happy feeling and staying young! ;)
