I have been wanting to blog about this for over a month now; but my kids see this blog and I didn't want to give anything away. But Christmas is over so I can now safely blog about this.
In November, Raul and Ellie, had a Christmas boutique at school. I told the kids they could buy some gifts for their siblings. I gave them each a total of ten dollars (5 dollars for each sibling) and sent them on their merry little ways. After school that day they were so excited to show me what they got. I had no idea what they would get for each other but I must say I was a little surprised and bit irritated with the school. I would really like to know who was in-charge of supplying the boutique with the merchandise. I think the theme of the Christmas Boutique was "Christmas in Tijuana". Ellie got a teeny tiny bobbing head dog for Jackie and a small tool set for Raul. The two items might have totaled 5 but no they took her whole 10 dollars. Raul could barely contain himself he was so excited! He had bought for Ellie two necklaces they say best friends on them; the kind where you give the other one to your best friend. They are cute and I knew Ellie would like them. (I was right by the way). Then he shows me what he got for Jackie.
It is the "Pièce de résistance"!
I had to do all I could to not burst into laughter! All I can say is, Jackie is going to be one smokin hot little 3 year old sporting that necklace!

No words!!! Has Jackie worn it? What does she think?
I L-O-V-E your new look on your blog bytheway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where did you get the flower power?
Oh my gosh! that is hilarious! I can't believe he bought that at school. I'd check into that school system, see what else they're running. ;)
I can't believe they would charge the kids that much for those things! How fun for them to do their own shopping though! You'll have to post a picture of Jackie wearing her new bling! :)
Seriously? You should have Jackie wear it and do some sort of Native American dance.
Well Jackie thought it was great. But it is shiny so that was not too suprising. I think if I have her wear it I am going to glue hair to her chest and have here wear a wife beater shirt. Hee Hee
Heidi~ at the top of my page is an orange banner (pyzam) that will take you to the site where I got my new layout.
