Sunday was our primary program. So for Rock On Monday I will be sharing what my children did to make it so great. Because let's face it....My Kids Rock!!! (and Naunie and Grandpa Dalley couldn't be there. This is especially for you!)
So Give Said the Little Stream and Pause the music player to your right!----->
Jackie's Primary Class sang "Book of Mormon Stories"
You will hear me say what Raul's teacher said and then Raul will share his quote.
Ro was asked to give a talk on his experience going to the temple to be sealed as a family. Here is the talk he gave. As a side note the feelings were all his, Brett just helped form them into a talk. On another side note, he was the only kid asked to give a talk. Yes I my chest is all puffed up with pride! (I say "amen" at the end. Sorry it is just out of habit. I am a dork)
After Ro's talk our primary class was asked to sing "I Love to see the Temple" first verse. Then as a family we were asked to sing the second verse. Here are the kids singing the second verse. (I was helping the kids. It is a little loud. I wasn't thinking about the fact that my mouth is right by the microphone. Such a dork)
Again on this one I read Ellie's teacher part and then she gives her quote.
Finally here are the kids singing "I am a child of God". It was one of there favorite songs from the program.
Our Bishop finished things off by telling us what his wife says to his children when they go to bed at night.
"Good night my righteous warriors!"
Yesterday we certainly heard and felt the spirit from all of these "righteous warriors". I love my sweet babies and I am so proud of them.
Remember....it is Monday so ROCK ON!!!

Wow! I can't even express how sweet that was. I know we shouldn't have favorites, but I'm sure your kids were the stars of the program. I love Raul's talk, made me cry and relive the whole event, so glad we were there.
I'd like to thank Grandpa Dalley and Naunie for living out of town so we could get a sneak peek of this special performance too!
Keep on rockin' you righteous warriors!
That was amazing! That talk by Ro was so sweet! Thank you for sharing!
Look at Raul with his suit! What a little man you are raising! He is so awesome! I just cried listening to his talk and thinking about what his life has been like the last couple of years...it is so sweet to hear him express his feelings. What a stud. And the girls are of course, darling!
